The sound is somewhat like some mod parties, but it's less Britcentric and more open musically. You can hear old R&B, psych rock, soul and pop throughout the evening, and there's a pretty good balance between "golden oldies" hits and dusty obscurities.Clinton's Tavern, 693 Bloor Street West, Phone: (416) 535-9541 Doors at 10pm. $5.00 Cover www.myspace.com/shakeatail | Queer West Village Toronto, Ontario.
